Filing comment of Inadequacies of the Federal Victims' Comp.
Program.
Hello, I would like to file my comments that I believe there are Inadequacies of the Federal
Victim's Compensation Program. I cannot attend the rally, but this address was given to me
as a place to file a comment in hope that there will be discussion of this important issue.
