please respect my intentions
This October, I asked for all my birthday presents to be
donations to a victim's fund. If these donations are
deducted from the victim's families total compensation,
I will feel duped, humiliated, and outraged. It will be
as if I gladly handed over all my birthday presents to
the US government.
Please respect my obvious intentions - my donation was a
gift to firemen's widows and children, with no strings
attached.
