Oh, hey, yeah... I may as well post here, introduce myself.... I'm 19/m/Ut. I currently hold a full time job as a computer technical support agent. I live on my own after being booted out of my parents house at 18 for religious differences. I'm going to hopefully start college in the summer/fall for a major in journalism or creative writing.

Hi, I am Vincent. I got to ACORN community high school. Those of you who know what school it is, good those who don't its a school built from a chocalte factory. I saw everything that happened in math class.
Hey Everyone,
I am 14/f/mi, I am a freshman in high school. i like to post on message boards and chat with people about whatever is going on. That's about it for now.
Wat up people? My name is Razia im 15 I live in Queens, NY I go to an private Islamic school. Most of you may have seen me on t.v with Peter Jennings Answer kids Questions. I love to discuss about things that effect other peoples life n i would love to help them out. Peace&Love
Hey, My name is Laura and I am 17. I live in the middle of no where MI (really, I do). I am not really sure how 9.11 has effected me yet. I remember hearing about it in Math class (lots of bad things have happened to me in math classes or I learned about them in math its wierd). Well I cant wait to hear everyon elses thoughts!
Hi, wow I read everyone else's intros and this seems like its going to be really interesting. Razia - I'd be curious to know what your experience has been like since the attack since you attend an Islamic school. Hopefully you haven't experienced any racism. Also Mehdi since you go to Stuy -- I have some friends there and have heard their take of the event, being so close and all, and I'd be interested to hear yours. Well I suppose this isn't much of an introduction but oh well. Can't wait to talk to everyone, peace.
Hey guys, my name is Lashawn and I'm 16 years old. I go to Saint Joseph Academy in Cleveland, Ohio...most of you guys don't know where that is, but that's cool cuz I hate it there anyway. Um, let's see...9/11 has affected me in a lot of ways, I guess (I was in Math class too). I really hope to get to know all you guys and hear your opinions on everything.
Wuz up, my name is Josh, I'm 15 from Callahan Florida, and a Sophomore at West Nassau High. ON Sept. 11, that was the most weirdest day of my life. I remember my friends telling me and me laughing at what they were saying because I didn't believe them, but it became reality when I watched the live, gruesome pictures of the WTC towers on fire and people jumping. It was heartbreaking and tragic to watch such horror right in front of my eyes. I will never forget that day. Well I can't wait to start nice, intellectual discussions about poiltics and youth issues.
See ya,
JAM

Hello everyone, I'm Tiffani and I live in Southern California (in the desert). I'm sixteen years old and a sophomore in high school. I first heard about 9-11-01 the day it happend around 6:15 a.m. I turned on the television to Fox 11 news and I saw a plane crash right into the second building. I couldn't believe it at first. I thought it was a movie...the first thing I did was call my sister. She works in Manhattan. But my town has really been affected by 9-11 although it is very small.
What's up everyone?!?! I'm a sixteen year old girl from NYC. I'm involved in a lt of things in school...swm team, journalism dept.,guitar program, and the performing arts dept. I love to write music and write just in general. I'm a junor in highschool and looking forward to college.
Wat up Happieour? well the 9/11 has effected me in ever angle that there is. the few couple of hours the teachers kept saying to each other that the world trade center was on fire n you can see its view from ma school while we were sitting in class we heard people screaming outside we thought they just saw the fire but that time the world trade center collapsed. we were evacuated by police officers down the street so they can check our school then we were picked up by our parents. My mom wouldn't allow me to wear my scarf i was ok with it because i only wore it to school and that was it but she didn't want me to wear it because i came on the train alone n didn't want anything to happen. After a few days i got a call to be with on abc and then after that nickolodean interviewed me and the bbc japan all this time i didn't like wear in ma scarf so it was easy for me to walk around with out being harassed but the world trade center left me shaky i kept having dreams about and i couldn't sleep. it was extremely hard for me once they started bombing afghanistan that was another issue for me i was born there and moved out of afghanis tan when i was a year old. my family and i were worried about the bombing in khandahar, kunduz and mazir-sharif because most of our families live there from both sides of ma parents. After November i was inspired by ma religion a lot and i started wearing my scarf out in public i felt confident and proud of my religion but the media and people made it very hard they made there religion Islam seem so bad but yet they were ignorant and didn't read what it was saying about the war and terriosm they kept blaming Muslims they ruined the reputation of Islam and it wasn't fair for most people to practice the religion after wearing my scarf i was harassed by some guys and then by a lady it surprises them when i talk back because they don't think i speak English its funny because i speak more English than those people that harassed me. My mom still doesn't like me wearing ma scarf we still get into arguments about it but i always win. wow that was long lol Love&Peace
