WHat do you think of COllege parties and how date rape,drug abuse, and drinking more than expected relate? I think that Kids in college are abuseing other people's rights. Like when someoen goes on a dat their drink could be druggerd up and they could be raped. I think that something has to be done to protect college students from acts like these.

From my experience, it doesn't just happen at college. At our high school, nearly everyone does drugs or has done them. A ton of disturbing things happen - like this one girl I used to know pretty well is now engaged, pregnant, has been in rehab three times, and no longer attends our high school cuz it's too easy to get drugs. And we're a suburbian town, too!
What could be done to protect kids from things like this? All the stuff described is illegal - so basically it's a question of improving the protection systems we have now.
