this is absolutely nuts. at 9:45 my pricipal said we were under attack and we could watch the news (there are tvs in every room), so from then until now i've just been watching news. i was in ap us history and we watched both of the twin towers fall. live. absolutely crazy....

i've never heard of savers. the closest one to me is the springfield store, maybe i'll check it out next time i'm in the area. i went to goodwill like 2 weeks ago and couldn't find a thing. i'll have to go again. i'm going to craft basket later today or tomorrow to get more hemp and wood beads. i'm excited.

went to the beach yesterday. applied sunscreen, so as to avoid nasty burn/peel/melanoma issues. must have applied splotchily, because on my chest there is a burn in the shape of the bathing suit bodice, with white fingerprints horizontally on either side. at least is symmetrical splotchiness. low-cut tops out of question now for next six months. oy.

Today at Savers I found this Dunkin Dounuts thermos. An old metal one. It rocks. I know you are jealous Liz and Leslie.

when you dream about scribble and other such internet things, you know the world can't possibly be right.

nobody seems to post on this thing anymore. but i don't care, because i have a desperate need to write. last night i dreamed -- actually dreamed -- that scribble was up and running again. and so i finally got around to signing online today, all psyched, thinking, "geez. it can't possibly still be down." it was. going off to cry now.
