Watching the news on 9/11, Will Nichols saw footage of the tower falling that was shot by physician Mark Heath. Will e-mailed the doctor, hoping to hear that he had been able to help some of the victims, and Dr. Heath answered. Unfortunately, there had been no survivors to help.
